The successful applicant will report to TDETs HRManager and will be required to undertake a broad spectrum of HR/personnelrelated matters including administering the recruitment process, preparingcontractual letters and paperwork, maintainingemployee files and electronicrecords. Previous HR experience is desirable, together with a good level of ITskills including high competence in Google cloud services(Mail/Drive/Docs/Forms) and SIMS. The successful candidate should be able todemonstrate a strongtrack record of professionalism and confidence in theirworking practice, an understanding of the need for sensitivity andconfidentiality that will be required in this role and the flexibility to workindependently and as part of the wider HR function.
