Job Description

HR AssistantSouthwark£14 per hourFull Time ContractNovax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Assistant based in Southwark. This is a contract role working full time hours.The job:

  • Support the client in onboarding new starters and candidates, assisting with the induction process
  • Assist with right to work checks, checking documentation, assisting with DBS/medical/visa process checks
  • Handle any queries regarding end to end recruitment and HR via phone and email
  • Assist with reporting, manage spreadsheets, work with HR officers and line managers to ensure a smooth transition from first point of contact to start
The candidate:
  • Experience working a similar HR role, within onboarding or resourcing
  • Experience with hiring practices
  • Strong IT experience, specifically SAP, Talentlink and MS Office
