Job Description

Permanent HR Assistant role working for a boutique Bank in the City of London. This role reports in to the HR Manager and offers hybrid working.Client DetailsThe client are a boutique Bank based in the City of LondonDescriptionThe key responsibilities of HR Assistant are:

  • Administration of HR System (PeopleHR). Update HR forms and staff information available on HR system
  • On-boarding of new staff members, interns and liaising with staff regarding the HR system (PeopleHR)
  • Employee background checks and references, including Regulatory reference requests
  • Maintain starter/leaver records / handover certificates
  • Assist Senior Management in the production of confidential management information including the collating and reporting on events including completion of training, appraisal.
  • Collate annual undertakings and regulatory forms on HR and H&S.
  • Record keeping of staff files and update memberships for staff
  • Manage administration of employee life cycle and maintain accurate documentation in line with Bank processes and procedures
ProfileThe successful HR Assistant will have experience in a HR role within a Bank and their CV will show loyalty and stability.Job OfferThe client offers hybrid working, exposure to wider HR functions and study support.
