This role will predominately be responsible for ensuring all general HR processes are handled in a timely fashion and providing comprehensive supportto the wider HR team.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral HR duties:Provide effective and accurate administration support for HR employee interactions and transactions.Assist employees with inquiries and requests around our systems, processes and policies.Issue lettersfor maternity and paternity leaver, keep trackers up date.Produce employment contracts, contract variations, transfer letters, end of employment letters etc..Support the team in onboarding new employees, carry out pre-employment screening and help manage theinduction process. Collecting all necessary documents and updating trackers.Maintain Workday data for current employees and organisational changes.Support recruitment department with interview scheduling, feedback gathering and request of documents.Supportthe wider HR team with ad hoc projects and tasks when requestedOn boarding & New Joiners:Send candidates the required new joiner documents. Collate and follow up when required to do so.Ensure all new hires have registered and completed their online Pre-Employmentscreening.Conduct individual and group induction meetings.Ensure all new joiners are included on all internal systems and all internal trackers are updated.Leavers:Check contracts for notice periods and other contractual obligations and liaise with the Leaverand Manager to establish the Leaver’s last day in the office.Prepare leaver documentation.Ensure leaver is notified on all internal and external platforms.Conduct exit interviews as appropriate.Benefits:Support HR Advisor with benefit renewal.Support HR teamduring annual window opening and benefit renewals.Our Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
