You will also get involved in a number of exciting HR projects we have on our agenda for thisand next year.You must be resilient and not afraid to challenge the status quo and able to think outside the box and step-up when required.You must have strong ER and Recruitment experience, as well as passion for HR.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and OnboardingDeliver exceptional candidate experience at all contact points in the process Act as first point of contact for hiring managers, building strong relationships Draft job descriptions, adverts, assessment tasks Identify new means of targeting suitable candidates,taking into account return on investment as well as diversity, equity and inclusion Conduct initial telephone interviews and face-to-face interviews alongside hiring managers Coach managers and challenge the status quo to ensure a quality selection processReduce reliance on external recruitment agencies and prioritise which positions, if any, need external support Draft and issue offer letters, contracts and conduct right to work and reference checks Support the Head of HR in creating new in-house recruitmentstandards and processesEmployee Relations Be the first point of contact in all aspects of employee relations for Customer Services Department (c.130 staff members) Assume responsibility for the management of ER cases providing advice and guidance to managersand employees on relevant policies, procedures, legislation and risk Coach managers through investigation, disciplinary, capability, conduct, performance management and grievance processes.
