Job Description

HR Administrator, 12 month fixed term contractBattersea, South West London.Foster + Partners, our mission is to be the world’s leading design practice based on innovation and research with sustainability at the core to make the world a better place.We have an excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our HR team based onsite in Battersea, London. We are looking for someone with previous HR administration experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and MS Office skills. CIPD qualificationis desirable but not essential. The HR Administrator will provide a responsive and effective HR support to Foster + Partners’ employees and the rest of the HR team including Learning + Development, Global Mobility, ED&I and Reward.Expected knowledge and behaviours:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Competent in teamwork, collaborating and building relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Able to reason and respond adeptly and inclusively with all interpersonal interactions
  • Focussed and dedicated with consistent attention to detail including accurate data skills
  • Committed to maintaining and promoting high standards of the role, department, and Practice
  • Able to cope with conflicting demands, prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure while always remaining calm and professional
  • Proficient using Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Sage People + DocuSign would be advantageous
You must be able to commute to Battersea where the position will be based. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 18:00pm. Please apply with an up to date CV if you wish to be considered.
