Job Description

This role would be perfect for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR team with various tasks throughout the employee life cycle. The ideal candidate will have a degree, along with some experience in HR or recruitment administration. This roleis 5 days a week in the London office.Client DetailsAn extremely prestigious Hedge fund based in the City of London.DescriptionThe Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage immigration and visa requirements for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, new hire orientation, and setting up necessary systems and tools.
  • Oversee relocation assistance for employees moving offices, providing support as needed.
  • Handle all general inquiries through the international HR inbox, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Liaise with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process, including giving final clearance for new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage employee data throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management in termination processes.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and invoicing.
  • Respond to general benefit queries and process HR-related invoices.
  • Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide heavy administrative support across all HR functions.
ProfileThe Successful candidate:
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Right to Work (RTW) regulations is desirable.
  • Experience with employee lifecycle management.
