Job Description

Job Title: High Net Worth (HNW) BrokerLocation: London, UKSalary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOEAbout Us:I am working with a dynamic insurance brokerage firm based in London, specializing in catering to the sophisticated needs of High Net Worth (HNW) clients. My client prides themselves on providing exceptional service and bespoke solutions to ensure theirclients receive the best coverage for their unique assets and lifestyles.Role Overview:This role primarily involves managing a portfolio of 100 HNW clients, handling renewals, and providing personalized service to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HNW insurance and possess excellent client relationshipskills.Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HNW clients, managing their insurance needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct client visits to assess their insurance requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Own the client relationship, taking ownership of account handling duties while providing proactive support.
  • Manage renewals for approximately 10 clients per month, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing any client concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
  • Uphold company values and contribute to a culture of respect, teamwork, and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage, preferably with a focus on HNW clients.
  • Strong knowledge of HNW insurance products, including coverage for luxury homes, vehicles, jewellery, art, and holiday properties.
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and meeting renewal targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
