Job Description

Our client who is a large Lloyds Broker is looking for an Account Executive to join their expanding Private Clients team in the London office. The purpose of the role is to work closely with the Client Director to service High Net Worth and Ultra High NetWorthclients business.Main Duties:

    • Work closely with a Client Director looking after a large portfolio and other HNW & UHNW clients.
    • Develop and maintain relationship with existing clients and have the ability to round out existing accounts.
    • Effectively target and bring in new clients from the marketplace, by working your network and attending events.
    • Establishing and managing each client a renewal strategy in accordance with the divisions procedures/ aims to maximise renewal success.
    • Negotiate with insurers and clients.
    • Ensure that clients are correctly and adequately insured for all of their insurance exposures and that correct advice is given.
    • Liaise with Claims Handlers as required, to ensure the smooth progression of any claims.
    • Ensure that premiums are paid in a timely fashion
    • Actively support the business with a range of projects for the Division.
    • Lead from the front, and support in developing and coaching junior members of the team.
    • Travel to see clients, including overseas travel - as needed.
Essential Skills Required:
  • Previous experience within HNW and/or Ultra HNW Insurance
  • Solid Insurance experience/ knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
Desirable:
  • Good organisation skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Relationships with HNW arena
