Due to growth, they are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to assist with overall responsibilities surrounding their business profile.Looking for an enthusiastic and competent Helpdesk Administrator you will have the ability to build relationships, learn and handle numerous admin tasks and be an all round support for business success.You will be responsible for raising purchase orders on to the system, putting through orders with suppliers, generating client quotes and keeping tickets updated to inform engineers of hardware delivery times. You will also be assisting the helpdesk Manager in assigning tickets in the helpdesk triage to engineers and also handling ongoing subscription/renewal quotes for our clients.The successful candidate will have a fantastic personality and strong communication skills!
