Job Details 1. JOB PURPOSEMaintains, repairs, modify and/or helicopter equipment/ components according to specifications established by the original manufacturer and the organizations designed area of work.2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Comply and use of technicalmanual, safety procedures, hand tools and basic equipment.Identify and use solid shank, blind rivers and or aluminum alloys.Perform minor repair, remove, treat surface, pitting corrosion and/or apply sealants.Identify and use structure tolerance fit fastenersor fabricate and repair hoses.Interpret and comply with engineering documents.Remove and repair major type of corrosion and structures, or repair and fabricate different types of fluid, pneumatic tubes, engine manifold and titanium components.Fabricate partsby stretching and shrinking procedures, design and fabricate, fixtures form blocks and or interpret and work from blueprints.Perform weight and balance on flight control surface and heat treatment.Fabricate odd shapes by means of design, and fabrication ofmolding block or repair of multiple section components (fuel manifolds and y ducts) tubing only.Perform function test on various types of components and parts.Handle new type of techniques, materials and fasteners or ability to utilize the techniques of aircraftmock-up (tubing shop).Ensures compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department.Undertake any other functions are assigned by the immediate supervisor. 3. KNOWLEDGDE Basic level of Communications.Advanced level of English Language.Basic level of Policy & Procedure.Advanced level of Safety andSecurity. 5.
