  • Source and attract highly skilled candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry networking events.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates technical proficiency, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform recruitment approaches.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in the healthcare technology or related sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare technology roles, industry trends, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have right to work in the UK (British Citizenship/ Presettled status)
