Healthcare M&A Analyst 2

Responsibilities:

Involvement inthe execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures and other related activities.
Assisting with preparation of marketing and pitching specific M&A ideas
Assistance in preparing financial and valuation models in relation to potential transactions.
Conducting industry research
Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets
Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents.

In order to qualify you must meet the following criteria:

Minimum of a 2.1 degree or equivalent from a top university and a have a keen interest in specialising in Healthcare and Life Sciences M&A
You will likely be working in a Big 4 to top 10 accountancy firm and haveaccrued Financial Due Diligence experience - preferably with deal experience in Healthcare (but this is not a requirement)
Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills
High inter-personnel skills to work in/ across multidisciplinary teams and departments as well as with other professional advisers and clients
