Job Description

Permanent Opportunity- NHS/Healthcare Consulting Senior Manager/ManagerMy client, a global consulting firm is recruiting for a number of Managers and Senior Manager to join its NHS Healthcare Consulting team.This candidate will join the growing health-care practice and will support the delivery of large scale performance improvement and transformation programmes.Ideal candidates will have:

  • NHS backgrounds (Acute, Community, Mental Health & STP/ICS)
  • Experience as Service Managers or Operations Managers within the above settings
  • Experience of delivering transformation including around patient pathways
    • Successful candidates will be involved with a number of projects including:
  • Implement practical change for the benefit of service users, including patient pathway transformation
  • Provide insight based on detailed analysis and international best practice
  • Plan and deliver changes to help improve operational performance and reduce costs
  • Introduce and evaluate new ways of working
  • Reconfigure services within an organisation or more broadly across a health-economy
  • Support the integration of health and social care and regional devolution
  • Move services into alternative settings and develop new models of care as described in the Five Year Forward View
