Health Care Assistant - Full Time - Immediate Start - BrentAre you a compassionate and dedicated Health care Assistant seeking a rewarding opportunity to support students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) We have a fantastic role for you in a well-established SEN school located in the vibrantborough of Brent.As an Education Recruitment Consultant, we are currently seeking a full-time Health care Assistant to work with PMLD students in a school-based setting. Your role will be crucial in providing essential care and support to these incredible students, enablingthem to thrive and reach their full potential.Responsibilities of the Health care Assistant (PMLD) include:

  1. Assisting with personal care tasks, including feeding, toileting, and dressing, in a respectful and dignified manner.
  2. Supporting students with mobility and physical needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  3. Administering medication and following individual care plans as directed by health care professionals.
  4. Providing emotional support and promoting social interaction among students.
  5. Collaborating with teachers and therapists to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and support classroom activities.
  6. Assisting with the implementation of sensory and therapeutic activities to enhance students learning experiences.
