An award-winning book publishing organization, based in London is looking to recruit an experienced Head of Web Development and Business to be responsible for web development and operations, and developing company websites. Working with the Digital & Communicationsteam; business systems development, this role will develop the companys web platform specification, roadmap for on-going development and deliver releases and updates to ensure the web platform is a key tool for discovery and communications.Other areas of responsibility will include managing the provision, development, testing, rollout and training and budget for the organisations business systems and building strong relationships with key people in the Technology area of the wider company.You will also establish and oversee the Biblio development framework and roadmap and liaise with global companies using Biblio. You will manage a user-testing led approach to UX design and development and oversee hosting, licenses, budget and bug fixing/troubleshooting.We are looking for a candidate with experience in a senior web development/technology role, with a strong background in project management and a proven track record in delivering successful technology projects.
