Head of Transaction Reporting, Transaction Services

Job Description

Your tasks:

  • Technical management and further development of a team of up to six employees
  • Responsibility for regulatory reporting (including §26 MiFIR) and AWV reporting
  • Continuous further development of the reporting and settlement processes
  • Identifying and implementing new regulatory requirements
  • Managing projects and ensuring timely implementation
Your profile:
  • Several years of experience in reporting regulatory transactions in the securities business to various reporting authorities (FCA, BaFin, FINMA etc.)
  • Strong product knowledge in equities, derivatives and fixed income markets
  • Very good understanding of front-to-back processes in international securities trading
  • Very good written and spoken German and English and very good communication skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, high level of initiative and assertiveness
  • Willingness to travel to a limited extent
