Job Description

Are you looking for a dynamic leadership role in supply chain management, where you can drive impactful change in a collaborative environment I am currently supporting a fantastic food manufacturing business who are looking for an experienced supply chainprofessional to join their team as a Head of Supply Chain - taking ownership of demand planning, S&OP, logistics, and customer excellence, whilst playing a key part in leading and developing a high-performing team.About the role:

  • Lead demand fulfilment through active participation in the S&OP process, guiding forecast generation, and overseeing production plan execution.
  • Manage key relationships with customer supply chains, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, whilst developing a customer-centric supply chain strategy to support other internal teams.
  • Lead the team to deliver warehouse and logistics operating metrics improvements, whilst ensuring the best practices are being introduced and integrated.
  • Identify and drive improvements and optimisations to planning, forecasting, and fulfilment processes and tools.
About you:
  • Proven experience in supply chain leadership role; including experience in demand planning, logistics and customer excellence.
  • Expertise in leading and participating in S&OP process.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
