Job Description

A newly created role, the Head of Studio will lead this innovative influencer marketing agencys creative production team during an exciting period of growth.Take charge of bringing creative concepts to life through stand-out influencer content for owned and brand channels for the likes of eBay, Panasonic and Nokia.Client DetailsAn innovative influencer marketing agency (with offices in London, Liverpool and New York) creating influential partnerships between big name brands and celebrity influencers for campaigns that inspires consumers and drives impact through authentic, disruptiveand engaging content.Theyre a passionate team of committed people, driven by their love of all things social and creative.Their impressive client base includes global brands such as Nike, eBay, Panasonic, Skittles, Nokia, Michael Kors and Rightmove who have created collaborative content with the likes of Jack Whitehall, Lewis Capaldi and Professor Green.Description

  • Overseeing studio team to produce creative content campaigns for clients utilising influencer and celebrity ambassadors for brand and owned channels
  • Lead and manage a growing team of Editors, Videographers and a Producer to deliver creative outputs for agency clients, with support of Creative Director
  • Experience managing end-to-end production output, team and pipelines
  • Financial responsibility on managing project budgets effectively
  • Managing the P&L for the production arm of the business
  • Upsell agencys production offering to grow accounts and win new business
Profile
  • An expert senior producer with influencer & celerity content generation, development and production experience, with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid experience working in a fast-paced agency environment with both creative and production teams - knowing how to take creative ideation through to the production stages
  • Strong track record of managing and inspiring a growing team
  • Social-first experience and third-party channel knowledge is essential, as well as an overarching understanding of the broader media and advertising space
  • Knowledge around usage rights, IP and music licencing
  • Client liaison and management experience is a bonus
  • Enthusiasm for the digital space and trends within it
  • Strong communicator and confident presenter
Job Offer
  • Salary £60,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working: WFH on Monday & Friday / London Office on Tuesday - Thursday
  • Pension
  • 24-days holiday rising to 25-days after 2-years and 26-days after 3-years
  • Two days of annual leave entitlement taken at Xmas and in return 2-additional days (to be taken at Xmas) are gifted

  • Long-term sick disability after 26-weeks of 75% of your salary up to 5-years
