A fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced recruiter who is able to demonstrate a background of international recruitment, leading a team and working on a driving forward the strategic recruitment ambitions of this modern international engineeringcompany.The opportunity can be based in either the London or Liverpool offices but can consider Houston, Texas as well. The company will also consider international applicants that can relocate.Reporting to the Director of Reward and Talent, as Head of Recruitment you will be leading the Centre of Excellence for Recruitment, managing a recruitment team of 6 internationally based recruiters on both functional and offshore recruitment. Ensuring a highquality service to support the companys strategic goals. Motive, train and engage the team to deliver their recruitment goalsYou will take responsibility of building the strategy for the recruitment department, leading the improvement of processes and practices, set the company recruitment attraction strategy and candidate market position.Skills and Background: *Experienced in a lead recruitment role within a multi-site, global organisation*Thorough understanding of attraction, employer branding, talent acquisition, selection and assessments*Experience of managing a team of recruiters*Ideally a background from within a engineering or similar though this is not essential.*Experience of developing and implementing recruitment processes and tools.In return the company offer a flexible approach to office based requirements, and a highly attractive salary and benefits package.
