Our client, a well reputed law firmbased in the heart of London, are seeking a Senior Property Litigator to join their team and head up a department. With 10+ years’ PQE, you will have expertise in all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes work including:• Dilapidations claims;• Disputes over breaches of covenant including forfeiture/relief applications;• Injunctions; and• Boundary disputes and disputes over easements, breaches of covenant, trespass, nuisance, adverse possession.You will have significant experience of using alternative dispute resolution procedures including mediation, arbitration, adjudication and expert determination, to resolve clients’ matters in a timely, cost effective and efficient way. You will have a passion for sharing your knowledge and experience for the benefit of other’s development within the teams and with our “sector” teams.Our emphasis is on a candidate who is able to work independently on both fee earning, team management and business development and who will take the lead on developing initiatives in conjunction with the Head of Real Estate and Head of Disputes to grow this practice area.As you will expect, our ideal candidate will also:
