Head of Product // Multi-award winning, FinTech brand // Fully remote // £100,000 + Great bensMy client are a highly renowned, FinTech platform provider. Their robust, scalable and intuitive cloud based technology supports some of Europes most decorated brands.As a result of their continued success, they are looking to appoint a seasoned Head of Product, to own, drive forward and steer an exciting roadmap.Who are my clientA multi award winning FinTech brand who are braking the mould regarding how finance is delivered to both the B2B and B2C arena. This is achieved via highly intuitive, scalable, cloud based technology. They have long standing partnerships with more than 200 banks across the UK, including some of the biggest - Santander, Barclays, Lloydsetc, and some of the most exciting names in alternative/disrupter banking.Who is desired

  • A creative Head of Product who will closely collaborate with the C - Suite, delivery and technology teams to shape the product strategy
  • Ensure the product solutions are matched to a varied and complex set of requirements
  • At home understanding and validating problems and challenges
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging FinTech client requirements
  • Natural leader
  • Relish building MVP products
    • Office Locations: *This role is fully remote*, however, if desired you can come into either the Central London or Bristol offices.Joining at this exciting scale stage means that you will have the opportunity to learn (if needed) what scaling up a modern FinTech business entails and to be actively involved in its evolution!
