Head of Operations2 Roles available (separate areas)Education Sector£75,000 with fantastic benefitsWe are supporting a leading catering group operating a successful portfolio of Independent Education Venues within the UK who are seeking a 2 Head of Operations to join the senior team reporting directly into the Operations Director.We are interested to talk with professionals who are looking to work within the following areas:London and East Anglia or Home CountiesThis role provides you with the autonomy to lead a large team with a multi million pound turnover.The role focuses on the commerciality of each site, leading and guiding the Managers and team to operate commercially, customer focused with high presentation and operation standards.With a varying client population on each site, you will deliver foodservice across multiple food outlets from traditional dining to café/deli and street food. Hospitality and Events are also commonplace.What are we searching for

  • You will currently be in a regional operations or operational role within education or contract catering
  • You will be a highly commercial individual with a proven track record of driving costs and delivering cost control.
  • Experience of managing multi million pound revenues
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Senior Regional Manager, Operations Manager, Multi Site Operations Manager within a high turnover hospitality business.
You must have very strong commercial acumen.
