Job Description

You will be responsible for providing a consistently high level of bar service, cocktail knowledge and guest experience, leading the full bar team, and pertainingto departmental equipment.Our ideal Head of Mixology will have:
  • Previous experience as a Head of Mixology in a similar venue
  • Attention to detail

  • Strong cocktail knowledge
  • Impeccable guest service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen interest to learn
  • A love for going the extra mile for our guests
  • Good level of English
