Job Description

The RoleThey are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Marketingideally with experience in the financial markets, FinTech and Crypto spacesto plan and execute a broad range of marketing campaigns and activities across all marketing disciplines,with a particular focus on digital marketing and in-person events.Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:-

  • Reporting to the CMO and managing a current team of two
  • Devising, planning and executing multi-discipline marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Supporting the sales team with targeted campaign to specific audiences in specific locations
  • Continuing to promote the brand and profile in the marketplace
  • Managing industry and bespoke event programs globally
  • Develop long term plan for the development of the brand
  • Manage marketing projects
  • Coordinate all media contacts and ensure the company consistently gets print and digital coverage
Knowledge and Experience Required:
  • Experience level: 5 years+ within a head of or marketing manager position.
  • Proven track record of delivering in the financial markets space
  • Producing content, such as press releases, articles, blogs, videos, etc
  • An eye for branding and design, and delivering engaging graphical materials
  • Producing MS PowerPoint decks as well as flyers, brochures, etc.
  • Handling promotional advertising and sponsorships.
  • Working with the media, journalists and other channel ambassadors and influencers.
  • Building engaged on-line communities.
  • Strong capabilities in digital marketing, particularly social media and SEO
  • Working closely with the rest of the business, particularly sales
  • Working with CRM and Market Automation systems
  • Managing external agencies and suppliers
  • Strong MS Office and Adobe skills
Desirable:
  • Exposure to the crypto world
Other Required Skillset:
  • Prudential knowledge and experience is desirable
  • Ability and willingness to take ownership, responsibility, and accountability of projects
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills including problem solving and solution-orientated thinking
  • Able to use initiative, work unsupervised and comfortable taking responsibility
  • Energetic personality with the drive to effect change and develop relationships across all levels of the business
