HEAD OF MAGENTO - SALARY DOE - REMOTE 100%A new role for a Head of Software is available for a fast growing but established tech company and Platform owner based near Liverpool street and in London centre. This company have developed their own platform which is used by 10,000s of users in the UK, they are now in the process of broadening their service offering and adding important revenue-generating features. They have been around for 20 years and have always continued to modernise, adapt overcome any challenges put their way. They have won multiple awards for standing out in an industry as competitive as their own.They are currently looking for an experienced Magento 2 Developer & Manager to lead the companies Software Strategy. This is primarily a hands on Management role, and would see you operating on a rough split of 60% Development and 40% hands off duties. You will have the opportunity to manage your own team, build a new team and operate on exciting greenfield projects with a variety of new and interesting technologies.Interestingly, all staff are trained in or have a background in Software Development, and thus all communicate with the various clients they have. This means you will need solid communicative skills, and will need to talk with key stakeholders and make important decisions.
