Job Description

Head of IT Operations (ERP CRM) London / WFH to £140kDo you have a wealth of IT management experienceYou could be progressing your career as Head of IT Operations / CIO at one of the countrys leading PropTech companies that have revolutionised the way we find property for rent and sale and working on apps that are used by millions on a daily basis andenjoying a range of perks and benefits.As Head of IT Operations you will be vital in delivering the Corporate IT strategy, ensuring that all employees have the tools they need and that all internal systems (e.g. Infrastructure, CRM, ERP) are secure, efficient and reliable.Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership, mentoring and guidance to a multi-disciplinary team, managing resource allocation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
  • Overseeing the design, implementation and maintenance of a robust IT infrastructure that supports business needs; ensuring high availability, reliability and performance of critical systems and services
  • Leading the strategic planning, development, and management of the companys enterprise systems, including ERP, HR and other critical platforms
  • Providing strategic guidance on the selection and implementation of tools and technologies to enhance productivity
  • Establishing and enforcing security protocols and best practices to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Developing and executing a technology roadmap for enterprise systems, managing budgets and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation
This is a senior role with plenty of stakeholder liaison as part of the management team, youll interact closely with the business and influence the technology decisions in collaboration with other Engineering Leads / Managers across different teams.Location / WFH Policy:Theres currently a remote interview and onboarding process, following that youll join colleagues in the London office for 2 days a week with flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.Requirements:
  • You have extensive experience managing medium to large scale IT and Enterprise System environments
  • You have an indepth understanding of enterprise-level systems such as ERP, CRM, and other critical business platforms
  • You have experience of migrating to and managing Cloud based environments
  • You can think strategically and drive technology change that aligns with business goals
  • You have strong team leadership skills
  • Youre a collaborative and pragmatic communicator with stakeholder management experience
  • You have experience of working in a digital / eCommerce / high volume website environment
