They arealso incredibly proud of their range of Inclusion Networks such as: the Womens Business Network, Cultural and Ethnicity Network, LGBTQ+ & Allies Network, Neurodiversity Network and the Parent Network.Responsibilities:* Accountable and responsible for UK strategy for Facilities and IT* Accountable and responsible for all day to day IT and Facilities for the UK business* Managing the IT and Facilities teams, performance, mentoring and development* Ownership of locally provided Local End User Support team* Managing and delivering local and parent company driven IT improvement projects* E2E ownership of IT and Facilities processes, ensuring appropriate efficiency and diligence* Ownership of our property portfolio, ensuring a suitable and safe working environment for all our staff* Supporting all ISO standards, regulations, health and safety and energy efficiency requirements are met, and we pass accreditations and audits* Managing suppliers (3rd party, contractors and vendors) to ensure they meet their contractual commitments, and that these align to UK needs* Managing and optimising the core monthly, quarterly and annual and project budgets and actual incurred costs* Contribute to Business Continuity Planning (Corporate and local)* Developing and implementing plans to satisfy future demands* There will be some travel both in UK and Europe and also the other European Heads of IT* Regular engagement with parent company representatives and UK colleagues, including CISO, DPO and IT SecurityWhat experience youll bring:* Excellent management skills, and the ability to multi-task and rapidly prioritise activities* Commercial awareness and contract handling experience* A good knowledge of facilities management* Experience of planning and maintaining budgets* Resourceful, pragmatic with a proven ability to get things done.* Proven experience of being both strategic and the ability to be hands on * Advanced ability to motivate and drive team performance* Proven experience of driving productivity and efficiency through operational excellence* Strong collaborative problem-solving skills* Able to advise and interact with all levels of management* Able to work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment while driving towards clarity and solutions.* Works effectively with others, building productive, collaborative relationships across departments and with third partiesDisclaimer:This vacancy is being advertised by either Advanced Resource Managers Limited, Advanced Resource Managers IT Limited or Advanced Resource Managers Engineering Limited ("ARM").
