Job Description

Position: Head of ITLocation: Central LondonSector: Law/LegalPackage: Up to £90,000 D.O.E + amazing benefits (Generous Bonus, Pension, Training, Holidays)Overview:A growing Law firm based in Central London is looking for an experienced Head of IT to join and lead their IT team and operations.To be suitable for this role you must have strong experience in managing IT infrastructure and services in a Mac OS estate and be confident working in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines.The successful applicant will have overall responsibility for the IT department, providing technical and strategic guidance to the organisation on all IT related matters.Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of IT strategies and plans that support the organisations goals and objectives.
  • Manage the design, implementation, and operation of the IT systems, including software, hardware, networks, and telecommunications.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure effective use of technology and data protection.
  • Create and maintain a system of internal controls to ensure that technology is used in an appropriate manner.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget and resources to ensure that IT services are provided on time and within budget.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the IT team, develop their skills and capabilities, and provide guidance and support.
