An established Lloyds Wholesale & Retail Broker are looking to appoint a Head of IBA to undertake oversight of IBA, Client Money and supervising a team of Technicians at varying levels of experience.Duties and Responsibilities:- End to End IBA process oversight. - Credit Control of IBA balances. - Manage the collection and payment of Insurer balances. - Client Money Calculations and Reporting to ensure full adherence with CASS5 regulations. - MI Reporting on aged-debt balances, unallocated cash and time to issue debit notes. - Act as a main point of contact on any system improvement/transformation and/or implementation projects. - M&A - Migration of new entities.We are keen to engage with candidates who; - Possess a minimum of ten years experience in the Lloyds and/or London Market.- Has a background within an Insurance Broker or MGA.- Is a subject matter expert on the Client Money/FCA CASS5 framework. - Has a proven track record in liasing and building relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.- Has experience of supervising/managing a team.
