A well-known Higher Education organisation based in Central London is in the market for an Interim Head of HR Business Partnering to support across a period of change. This is a 6 month fixed term contractThe salary range for this role is £57.000 to £63.000 depending on experienceThis will report into a HR Director and will have 3 HR Business Partners reporting into themThe role has a strong focus developing and mentoring current HR Business Partners alongside being a hands on HR Business Partner You have notable experience of training and development, with good leadership and man management skillsAbout you Proven experience at Senior Business Partnering level ideally working in Higher Education and or a leading commercial charityThis is a busy and fast paced role, you will need to be able to hit the ground running Strong people management experienceIf you are an experienced Head of HR with higher education or not for profit sector experience, and looking to work in a great Head of HR with business as usual -get in touch!
