The award-winning facultyprovides excellent teaching and learning experiences to students across Animal Care, Equine, Countryside, Agriculture and Horticulture curriculum areas delivered from our beautiful working farm campus in Hailey, West Oxfordshire. Courses range from introductoryentry level to level 6 and support young people and adults to progress to the next stage in their career journey.The Head of Faculty will provide strategic direction and leadership across the Faculty and farm campus ensuring that we further develop the highestquality standards of teaching, learning and assessment so that students exceed their own and our expectations in all aspects of their programmes. You will develop and implement highly effective innovative curriculum design and delivery models incorporatingskills and practice to meet the ever-changing demands within this fast-paced sector. You will be an innovative leader with proven experience of leading and motivating curriculum teams, working with internal and external stakeholders to improve quality anddevelop provision. You will be passionate about ensuring that all our students leave college fully prepared for their next steps and can demonstrate a clear track record of curriculum design and delivery across study programme, adult professional and highereducation provision types in achieving this goal.
