The role: This is a unique entrepreneurial and leadership opportunity to work as part of a highly ambitious tech scale up. This role requires someone who has insight into new technologies and an innovative approach as to how these technologies could be used to push the product forward to keep competitive advantage. As the first hire into Tech (the product has been built via a renowned consultancy to date), you’ll need to asses the ability and maturity of the full stack, monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems. Post this, youll then suggest improvements and manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals and timelines.
