Experience of working for the NHS previously on meaty projects, where they understand the NHS landscape and regional models.Key - Relationship Mgmt, Change Mgmt and Stakeholder mgmt. skills.Must understand how the NHS works, navigate and influence the landscape, be comfortable working in the grey areas.This person will funnel the external engagement and ensure the correct comms are being communicated to the correct audiences, be confident delivering in and working through difficult situations.Work with Clinical teams.Set up a continuous process for Trusts and SchemesReports into Head of Schemes EngagementBuild a direct reporting team of 4 people.
