Head of Ecommerce Trade | FashionWest London/Hybrid£100k +bensIm working on this VERY exciting role. The brand is a well-known high street womenswear retailer. They are looking for a Head of eCommerce, reporting to the Digital Director to help achieve sustained growth and profitability for the business across theirkey markets with a primary focus on the UK.The ideal candidate will be working for a fashion brand and have a strong trade experience, finding ways for them to trade in the best way possible and create further business opportunities.The role ·Own the Trading Calendar, ensure KPIs are hit through strong trading and promotional.·Full P&L ownership, alongside the Digital Director decide and manage the eCommerce budgets.·Work with other business functions to drive the performance of the website, including Finance, Data and Analytics.·Lead the weekly trade review, reviewing the possible opportunities and threats and raising with the wider business.·Be responsible for driving the website KPIs through trading tactics, specifically CRO and AOV.·Sit on the Digital Leadership team, assisting with short and long term strategies.·Manage and lead a team.You·Its imperative that you have strong eCommerce trading experience at a Head of level.·Have a track record of growing an eCommerce business.·Strong attention to detail.·Strong experience in a fashion brand.·Team Management experience.·Analytical skill.
