Further, the consumer business has high ambitions for growth and empowering customers in the markets we serve.We are seeking a Head of E-commerce Analytics to drive the development of our e-commerce analytics capability towards best-in-class, provide strategic insights and decision support to our engagement and monetisation activities and drive our ability to test, learn and target to support business growth. As a senior member of the Experian Consumer Services Analytics team, this role will work cohesively across the business to drive high performance and create value.This is a new created role and a great opportunity for the right person to join a dynamic e-commerce operation within our Consumer Services business and to lead our e-commerce analytics activities. The role works side by side with our e-commerce team which is responsible for the optimisation and performance of our Experian.co.uk real estate, including all consumer-facing pages and the logged in environment for our Free product.This is an exciting and challenging role in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to use analytics and insights to drive the e-commerce strategy, ensuring Experian is maximising customer engagement and monetisation across all touchpoints of the user journey. It will expose you to leading technologies and infrastructure and give you the opportunity to improve your skills in big data, data science and business intelligence. You will be responsible for creating data-driven and actionable insights to support our e-commerce business, helping them to drive consumer engagement and revenue growth.The successful candidate will be accountable for the following activities:
