Are you passionate about Diversity, Equality, Inclusion(DEI) and Wellbeing and making it a core part of the agenda within an organisationI am seeking a Head of Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Wellbeing to drive a cohesive global strategy around diversity & inclusion and wellbeing initiatives ensuring that they align closely with the talent strategy and maximise and optimise a diverse workforce.The role will be a global lead on DEI & Wellbeing across a rapidly expanding fintech organisation of 2400 globally.As an organisation DEI and Wellbeing is seen as a core part of the agenda for the organisation to continue to build and grow an inclusive, engaged and sustainable workforce as support through critical growth.They are seeking a DEI expert to work with the business leaders and employees to weave DEI through the fabric of the organisation and drive wellbeing initiatives to ensure a productive and engaged workforce. The role will involve exposure up to board levelworking closely with them to develop and implement successful DEI and Wellbeing strategy and initiatives in line with core business objectives. You will lead the full implementation of this strategy across the business and they will be seeking an individualwith a highly commercial and creative and innovative approach to set and define best practice in this area focused on all dimensions.The role will include working with key networks internally and externally to set the agenda and successfully embed through all organisation processes.You should have a strong passion and drive and experience of leading and defining the DEI and Wellbeing agenda within a global organisation.McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
