Job Description

Head of Demand Generation - Leading Price Reporting Agency & Commodity Data & Insights Provider. Salary up to £85,000 + 20% Bonus + Benefits.Benefits for you

About the CompanyOur client is a leading global price reporting agency (PRA) serving the global energy sector. This successful business grew their revenue by 30% last year alone and is now looking to recruit for a Head of Demand Generation to work in their Marketing & Campaignsteam.As Head of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for leading our client’s marketing initiatives and drive growth within the organization across New Business / Sales, Enrichment and Retention.In this leadership role, you will lead a team of Campaign Managers, Channel Managers and Demand Generation Associates and take charge of developing and implementing impactful marketing campaigns that align with our client’s strategic priorities, strengthentheir brand presence, and support the sales team in achieving their targets.As Head of Demand Generation,you will:
  • Oversee a team of Demand Generation Managers, Channel, and Product Marketers; ensuring campaign goals are set and delivered against key metrics and revenue targets in new logo, enrichment, and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns aligned to agreed-upon GTM strategies, prioritized audiences, growth markets, new product, and price launches.
  • Develop and manage an annual campaign plan, budget, and calendar, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within the allocated budget and that budget delivers against ROI goals for all paid initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify key target accounts and create tailored account-based marketing strategies to drive engagement, ultimately leading to revenue growth.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years people management experience
  • Experience of working in the Commodities / Energy sector or related fields such as Market Data, SAAS or Business Intelligence
  • Good understanding of demand channels / demand generation with experience of supporting sales teams to drive revenue growth
  • Understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Solid understanding of key marketing concepts, as well as content marketing, product marketing, partnerships and referral marketing, digital marketing, and social media best practices.
