Job Description

As Head of Data Strategy, your key responsabilities are:• Accountable for delivering business data strategy to power up mass personalisation including- Data volume, quality & governance audits- Data models & tagging strategy to create segments and audiences- Ongoing development of persona & segmentation strategy- Data acquisition & enrichment strategy: 1P (PII & cookie based), 2P (cross-industry partnerships), 3P (marketplace – e.g. Nielsen)• Partner with Boots & WAG data science and analytics teams to in defining data models & segment creation, actively engaging in data enrichment activities to support global brands requirements • Partner with Digital enablement manager & paid media owners to support development of best in class practices and framework to optimise media through leveraging data, supporting the business ROI growth ambitions• Work with IT function to develop business requirements and support deployment of relevant martech (DMP, Campaign, SCV)• Work with CP&I for ongoing development & enrichment of personas and leverage consumer data insights and embed them in business process (i.e innovation, content development)A bit about you:• A full and comprehensive knowledge of persona development and business adoption• Proven expertise in creating and deploying segments and audiences (1P, 2P and 3P) in media planning and buying practices• Proven expertise in working with data storage and activation infrastructure and martech (i.e. consumer profile centre, DMPs, data onboarding platforms, CDPs)• Working knowledge of industry insights and data landscape (i.e. Yougov, Kantar, TGI)• Able to build strong working relationships across levels, geographies and functions with a cross functional team and to coach teams and peersA bit about us:At Walgreens Boots Alliance – Global Brands, we believe in being PIONEERING, INSPIRATIONAL and CONNECTING with people.
