HEAD OF DATA£100,000 - £105,000 LONDON - HYBRID This is a great opportunity to help create your own data function, capable of influencing all commercial areas of this retail/healthcare business. You will be actively involved in decision-making and road mapping as the company starts growing its data capabilities...THE COMPANYThis established retail group specialising in healthcare has recently found an extreme demand for several of their products so have naturally grown to meet this. They recently received lots of financial backing and they are now very much in a scale-up phase.With their headcount naturally growing they now have a priority focus on building out their data function.THE ROLEIn this position, you will take ownership of the data team as it grows. This involves the management of a team that will involve data and analytics engineers. You will also be heavily involved in the wider strategy of the data function as they look to developtheir platform and infrastructure.
