Job Description

Our client is an award-winning start-up online Casino Group, operating 3 brands across European markets. They have had incredible success and growth in just over 2 years & now have 90+ employees.A taste of what you will be doing:

  • Overseeing all CRM functions, including the management of the CRM team with CRM campaigns from conceptualization to successful completion;
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance, reporting on the effectiveness of CRM activities to the CMO and other stakeholders;
  • Display excellent cooperation and coordination skills to liaise with other departments including Brand, Content, and Product teams as well as work closely with the Data team to analyze data and derive insight from such data;
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate CRM campaigns to measure ROI and develop tools to continuously improve consumer acquisition and retention initiatives;
  • Ensure that CRM strategies and programs/campaigns are consistent, attractive, cost-effective and aligned with the business’s overall objectives;
  • Establishing and prioritizing short, medium, & long-term projects that align with the broader vision, expansion goals, and revenue targets for the key markets;
  • Ensure that campaigns are executed in a timely manner;
  • Manage, deliver and measure the automated CRM life cycle campaigns as well as manual campaigns;
  • Review and manage CRM budgets;
  • Keep up to date with current CRM trends and best practices and share these proactively with the rest of the team;
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the competitive environment to best serve the objectives of the team and adjust plans accordingly;
  • Act as a mentor for CRM personnel, provide assistance when necessary in the execution of their duties and ensure that their professional skills are continuously growing.
  • The type of profile we are looking for:
  • At least 4 years experience in a similar role;
  • Strong business knowledge to capture and execute data;
  • Ability to lead, manage, develop and mentor the CRM team;
  • Organized with strong attention to detail, having an analytical and financial mindset;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other internal departments;
  • Fluent in English and preferably one more language
