Reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Corporate Development will be responsible for all aspects of the business development process internationally. You will be expected to manage the research, due diligence and commercial analysisprocess on all significant business projects and mergers and acquisitions activity. The ideal candidate is likely to have gained experience in either a global investment bank, corporate finance boutique or in-house corporate finance team in a listed or privateequity backed company. Whilst not a pre-requisite, experience in managing smaller bolt-on style acquisitions, on an international basis would be advantageous, as would prior experience gained working on franchising operations. Essential is strong experiencein M&A working on all aspects of a transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and integration.
