Job Description

An exciting opportunity has come up with a financial recruitment client for an experienced Recruiter to join the leadership team: You will head up and scale the contract team, currently representing 35% of total revenue.Their expertise lies within mid-senior placements, leadership boasts 40+ years of recruitment experience and are pipelining presence in the US market. The opportunity is there, can you be the one to capitulate on itWhat they are after:The role will see you work closely with the MD to grow the offering of contract across multiple niche verticals within the UK and overseas. For this you will need:

  • Prior experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Working knowledge of contract recruitment, with a proven track record of success
  • Relevant recruitment experience with exposure into leading teams (you will be supported, but previous insight is necessary)
  • Service-delivery focused, with the goal in mind to deliver the best talent to their clients
  • Self-motivated, organized and detail/results driven
  • Strong client and candidate management background
  • 2.1 BA/BS and above from and accredited university
