Job Description

Head of Conference Production - B2B ConferencesAre you a Head of Conference Production with 4-6 years experience in B2B Conference ProductionOr maybe you come from an Association background, but you have some solid experience working on commercial eventsA well-known Exhibition/Conference organiser based in London is looking for a skilled Head of Conference Productionlike you to work on a new launch for the UK market.As Head of Conference Productionspecialising in B2B conferences you will be;

  • You will be involved in all aspects of the content strategy, including any strategic, technical, commercial and features programmes and seminars, support commercial teams in their discussions with sponsors, exhibitors and strategic partners, and be responsiblefor speaker recruitment, on-site management and speaker liaison to ensure the delivery of an exceptional event for partners, customers and clients.
  • This role is key to the success of the growth and development of their business, its heavily focussed on year-round content and the programme development of their global conferences but also covers other areas of the conference management. Working alongsidea team of producers, commercial, marketing, PR, data & digital, operations teams you will report to the senior management.
