Your tasks Further development of the global compliance management system (CMS) of the ENERCON Group in close coordination with the other functions of the corporate governance area as well as in cooperation with related departments Identification, analysis,evaluation and control of compliance-relevant risks, including their communication and monitoring Implementation and maintenance of guidelines, processes and documentation in the area of compliance Permanent analysis of compliance-relevant changes in lawsand requirements, including communication in the responsible departments of the ENERCON Group Technical and disciplinary management of the Ethics & Compliance department Professional management and central contact for the workforce in the companies of theENERCON Group on all compliance issues Preparation of regular reports from the Compliance department to the Head of Corporate Governance, the Corporate Governance Board and the companys Executive Board Design in the conception, organization and implementationof the global compliance training program Willingness to work in comprehensive corporate governance projects Development of KPIs to evaluate the performance of the compliance organizationYour qualifications Completed studies in the field of law, business administrationor economics Ideally, additional qualification in compliance management Several years of professional and management experience in compliance, preferably in an international environment Great interest in the development and description of processes, methodsand procedures as well as the definition of responsibilities Very good written and spoken German and English Routine handling of MS Office products and SAP Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and conflict resolution High level of initiative and abilityto work in a team Analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to work carefully and results-oriented Intercultural CompetenceYour benefits Flexible working hours through appropriate working time models Exciting and varied activities Holistic commitmentto corporate health promotion Internal and external training opportunities Employee events that bring a breath of fresh air Green flow of employees to achieve our common goalThis position is to be filled as soon as possible.
