My client is a B2B Fintech. We are seeking a Compliance professional who has experience of creating risk assessments and can implement a risk framework. This would suit an individual who has a compliance background in Capital Markets, Corporate Brokingand is looking to progress their career in an innovative fast moving business with strong partnerships and funding.You will be responsible for oversight of day-to-day compliance, advising the board and embedding a risk appetite, maintaining strong relationships with the regulator, implementing risk and compliance policies and procedures, undertaking risk assessments androlling out a robust monitoring plan, overseeing the conduct risk framework and providing advice on regulatory developments to the business (including operational resilience, cyber risk, financial promotions, SMCR etc).We are interested to hear from candidates who have held the control functions but also candidates who are looking to step into an SMF16 and 17 position.
