Job Description

Legal 500 firm is looking to expand their current service offering by hiring a Head of Commercial Litigation. This is newly created role for a firm looking to utilise their international HNW client base to offer additional litigation services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial litigation expert who is looking for a new challenge, working with a high profile client base.Your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Provide main point of contact service for a range of HNW and Ultra HNW regarding litigation queries. Examples include; general litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, cross border advice, etc..
  • Drive the development of the department taking an active role in business development
  • Work with other departments to cross-sell firm services
  • Provide technical advice to complex multi-jurisdictional litigation queries
    • You will be a qualified solicitor with a proven track record in advising on commercial litigation issues, ideally from a city firm. Ability to demonstrate working with HNW clients is essential as is the key focus for the client base of the firm. An entrepreneurial flair is also key as you will be focused driving the development of the department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their next step in their litigation career. Required skills
