Job Description

Remit Summary:Based in London, you will utilise Microsoft Dynamics, (and other data sources) to provide clarity on external market trends and product opportunities. Additionally, the role supports the commercial function to measure and monitor key KPs, drive revenueaccelerating CRM activity and identify opportunities and risks within the client base to maximise and mitigate respectively.Key Responsibilities:Analytics andreporting:

  • Work with theChiefCommercialOfficertodesignreportingoutputs for key sales andmarketingdeliverables.
  • Liaisewith internal stakeholders to develop and implement a roadmap and project plan that delivers analytics and reporting frameworks which support revenue generationwithin target segments and key buying hubs.
  • Lead the development of an integrated sales andmarketingperformance analytical model tounderpinthe company’s growth strategy decision making process.
CRM -MS Dynamics:
  • Understand and map a roadmap forMD Dynamics developmentand enhancementinto afully-fledgedCRM tool with the requiredcapabilitiesto delivercommercialstrategiestaking account of the interdependence with the firm’s systems outside MS Dynamics.
  • Ensure base data in MSDynamicsisaccurate,up-to-dateand fit for purpose.
  • Drive bestpractices on querying and analysing CRM and pipeline data, including thedevelopment ofself servicedashboards.
  • Ensure MS Dynamicsreportingandanalyticscapabilities are fit for purpose.
Experience:
  • At least 4 years’ experience of working with MS Dynamics and at least 5 years’ in professional services (ideally Fintech).
  • Degree in analytics, systems management or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Excellent analytical skills, and extensive experience using Excel, Power BI and other analytical tools.
  • Detail driven with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and lead a team.
