Head of Business Operations£55-65kLondon Architectural Studio We are working with a well established architectural practice, who have been designing carefully composed, innovative architecture. They have an international reputation for award-winning, sustainable design, and are constantly evolving their practice tohelp the clients and communities we serve meet todays needs. Through meaningful engagement, they create healthy buildings and places where people thrive.They currently have around 30 people, with studios in London and Nottingham and are an employee-owned business, operating with a co-operative structure.They are looking for a Business Operations which will be responsible for the overall efficiency and productivity of the company.They will work with the partners of the Studio to develop and implement strategies to improve processes, grow revenue and achieve business goals.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business operations, resourcing, management and leadership.They will be highly skilled in financial analysis and forecasting, project management and process improvement.Additionally, they will have the ability to develop and motivate teams, build relationships and communicate effectively.A proven business leadership experience within an architectural or similar built environment organisation is desirable.If you come from architecture or design and have all of the above attributes and experience, please submit your CV.
