Head of Business & Finance TransformationLondon/ Home Based£700-800 per dayUK Services PLCFollowing a large restructuring throughout the business, there is now the need for an experienced transformation and change expert to join the organisation - initially on a 9 month + contract (£700-800 per day)This is a project role to support the Head of Shared Services and CPO and facilitates the smooth consolidation from existing R2R Teams to outsourced managed providers, via UK and overseas SSCsYou will own and manage the supplier communication to ensure supplier performance is managed in accordance with new processes, and electronic processes are adopted.We are looking for a Head of Business & Finance Transformation, reporting in to the Head of Shared Services with a dotted line in to the CPO.The role centres on the Off Shoring of the finance function, helping to manage the relationships with an existing outsourced provider and a new one.You will take on existing R2R Teams, transitioning them initially to a UK SSC before handing this function over to the outsourced provider.You will have:
